Re: My Diary
Hi guys,
Sorry Ive not been posting on a fortnightly basis. Ive been moving house back up to Leeds and have been very busy. Also been developing my cricket coaching business www.procricketcoachingacademy.com . I have merged with my mate Andrew Gale and have set up some more venues for next winter. What we are doing that forum users could help us with is trying to find new venues around the country where we would be able to get 20+ young cricketers aged 11 to 16, keen to improve their game. If anybody thinks they know of some clubs or individuals who would be keen, please email me at procricketcoachingacademy@hotmail.co.uk
Enough advertising for now!!!! Have been training 4 days a week at the moment. Batting wise have been working really hard with Martyn Moxon on my weight distribution and head position in my stance. It is really important to be still in your stance. If your head is going slightly to the off side you more often than not fall over and play around your front pad.
Also completed a fitness test and came out with a glowing report which was pleasing. I have put a lot of work in the gym over the last 3 months and it is rewarding to get good results.
Have just sorted out my visa to go to India on the 11th February. The Yorkshire batsmen are going out to Mohali to bat against spinners. Im really looking forward to the trip as I have played/coached in Mumbai before and got a lot from it.
Regarding the forum, why doesnt everyone on the site get 1 person each to join and contribute to the fourm. That way the amount of users will double!!!! I am fully supportive of the forum and would like to see it become the number 1 forum on the web.
Any questions or if you can help me out with the coaching please email me at the address above, don't PM me!!
Thanks CT.
