There may be promising state cricketers in Australia that we have never heard of and they could have potential to become successful in future years

Gday Nozza good to see you have joined us over here! Maybe you can get a few more aussies on board! Cool
Well I have to admit it is a bit hopeful saying the Aussies will flounder! They do have some awesome backup players!

Yeah, when ever the Aussies bring in replacement players, like Jacqus replacing Langer, they just seem to perform and look like they've been playing international cricket for years. Austrailia have lost Langer, Warne and McGrath, three massive players. But since those three's retirement they've looked as good as ever. Players like Jacques, Mitchell Johnson, and others have come into the team and performed. If only England had that sort of performance, from the experienced players, let alone the new ones.

You guys have all forgot about Glenn mcgrath! How good is STUART CLARK!

Mcgrath goes out and a guy like clark steps in what depth!

I dont see australia losing much because of the youth programs.
Hayden and gilly might retire soonish but i dont see much problem with that as we have suitable replacement such as brad haddin and michael hussey moving to opener and adam voges coming in or brad hodge.
