first european twenty20 tournament

My club has arranged a twenty20 tournamnet this summer with my club playing against , estonia,russia,slovakia, czech republic,poland,croatia.

Hopefully we will get a good crowd watching the games as it should be a real good laugh. I believe Russia to have a very strong side with ex indian players so the standard wont be that bad either.

Hi - yep, I'm playing in that competition! The nice ICC are paying for us to come over to Wales for a week

Re how can Indians play for Russia. It works on residency. The ICC states that you have to have players who have lived in the country for a mimimum of 4 years, have correct papers of residency etc. For example, I am English, but myself and the Australians and Indians we have in the Estonia team have all been living here for over 4 years. The good thing however, is that we now have 6 Estonian nationals in our first and second eleven who are coming on in leaps and bounds

I didnt come over for that tournament as I stopped playing. Starting again this season though so I might well feature in this years Tournament.
